At Monte del Lago, Chiara and Luca own and run the only sailing school in Umbria – Acqua Dolce Sailing, which offers guests the chance to hire sailing boats, motor boats, canoes, kayaks and bikes. They can also arrange private lessons and skippered outings and both teach sailing for a living, with years of experience behind them. There is a wonderful bar on the waterfront to enjoy a sunset aperitivo too.

Zocco Beach – Swimming Pool

(distance 5 mins / 600 metres )

This structure is walking distance from the Lakehouse and has a large swimming pool where entrance includes pool loungers and showers with a ticket from the bar, two 3*3metres beach volley ball courts, a basketball half court and children’s playground and a bar serving light lunches, drinks, smoothies and ice-creams.
